Pre-Game Notes:
-- looks like Chris Terreri could get a start or two with 4 games in 6 days coming up and another 3 in 4 days next week....once again who MAKES this schedule ??? geeze !!! -- I don't know which fact is sadder.....that the Hawks are 3-0 against expansion team and can't beat the rest of the NHL at all....or the fact that the expansion teams can't find a way to beat the Hawks :p I think after seeing last night's game (Hawks had NO SHOTS in the 3rd)...I think it might be more of the second....but it was more entertaining than seeing that Chris Pronger Chef's commercial....talk about BAD acting.... whooofffff....not to single out St Louis for once :p....I'm not a big fan of the Stars broadcasts and ESPECIALLY not their commercials either :p and on a more positive note I do quite enjoy the Canadian broadcasts as well as the Av's and Blue Jackets ones as well....for anyone who has or plans to get the NHL package in the future :)....also hate to say it cause Dee may not shut up about it (but hey that's part of the deal ain't it ??) the Nashville Preds are fun to watch too.....as long as D-d-d-d-d-d-d- *DUNHAM*'s groin doesn't implode :) -- although....since we ALL know she reads them by now...and I did promise Chris I'd do this......ummm...Angie....Chris would like to discuss with you calling his fiancee and....well.....he needs to talk to you....and that's all I got to say about that.....TOODLES :)....please....keep getting angry....you're only making this MORE FUNNER :)....but I do assume you know his email address just in case....wouldn't want to cause a tizzy *smirks* all this and the Claude Lemieux jersey is STILL AWOL for stitch work :P Tonight's Goalies:

-- as for the rest of this period....I got 3 more games in the nest 4 days....time to fast forward :P -- the Devils did pick up the pace and began to outskate and outplay the kitties in the second period (as the penalties and shot totals kinda show)....it's amazing how BAD this team plays...but yet how GOOD the results have become....I'm not saying the talent level is the same but it's alot like the early 90s' Penguin teams that just flat out could outgun you at will at this VERY early point of the season....this better change if/when Niedermayer comes back....you can't win 6-5 every night !!!!
